Exact, continuous, and consistent control is the recipe to have a perfect espresso. Kafmaŝino KUBO gives you full control of the machine to achieve total precision in each espresso.
Recipe system
To extend the functionality of your KUBO machine you can design your own recipes. Apply pressure/flow profiling at every step and emulate any machine on the market: lever machine, La Marzocco™, Slayer®… KUBO comes pre-installed with more than 10 recipes that allow you to play with each bean and roast level. In addition, from the community section you will be able to get new recipes shared by community users.
Shot feedback
Analyze your shot in real time, monitoring every parameter: forget guessing what’s happening in your espresso puck will there be channeling? Did you grind too fine or too coarse? With Kafmasino KUBO, you can see everything happening in your puck in real time, allowing you to analyze and perfect your extraction.
Built-In Gravimetric Dosing
KUBO includes a high-precision Bluetooth scale (0.01g) seamlessly integrated into the drip tray. Once connected, the machine tracks your espresso weight in real time and stops exactly when it should—automatically or on your command. No guesswork, just consistent and repeatable shots.
